"When I made the reservation I said I needed two double beds, non smoking. We had 2 adults and 4 children. They tried to give me a king smoking room until I asked for the manager and then miraculously a double, non-smoking appeared. They also tried to blame it all on Sabre and told me to call them instead of handling the problem in house. There were never any towels at the pool. The gate to the pool was broken. The continental breakfast was not well attended. I was scared to eat the food :=(."

"We had terrible customer service. I was with a group of women age 19-40 and some of the staff wouldn't give us the time of day. Just becuase we are a group of women, does that mean we don't deserve good service?!? We were all unfamiliar with the area and one women who worked the front desk wasn't the slightlest bit of help about where and how close restuarants were or anything. We were attending a seminar at the galleria that ran from 7am to 5:30pm and anytime we were in our hotel, there was only one person working. They could never leave the front desk. No one would bring us towels to our room or anything. The circuit broke in our room one night and because the maintainence man wasn't avaible the staff's first instinct was to have us change rooms. Why not just figure out how to flip the circuit breaker!?! Before our arrvial at the hotel we were under the impression that there was a free shuttle provided anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. When we arrived we learned that the shuttle only runs when the driver is there. We never saw the shuttle van leave its parking spot in front of the hotel. We were counting on that shuttle to take us to a resturant in the evening. Instead, we had to walk. It was really frustrating."
